ON BEHALF OF ITSELF, ITS PARTNERS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MERRITT WELLNESS CENTER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BODILY INJURY OR DEATH) ARISING FROM OR RELATED THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICES.
